Brown Rice #2
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Long grain rice
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped bell pepper
1 Stick butter
1 cn (13.75-oz) beef or chicken
-bouillon
1 c Long grain rice
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped bell pepper
1 Stick butter
1 cn (13.75-oz) beef or chicken

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Remove and brown rice in same pan. Then add onion and bell pepper and bouillon. Bake covered at 325 for 45 minutes. Good with any kind of wild game.
