Broccoli and Chicken Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 pk Frozen broccoli; thawed
3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Milk
1 Egg
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
2 c Cooked chicken; cubed
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 pk Frozen broccoli; thawed

1 cn Cream of chicken soup
2 c Cooked chicken; cubed
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
Place broccoli in the bottom of a greased 2 quart baking dish. Mix the dry ingredients together and then mix in the milk, egg, and soup. Mix well with a whisk. Pour this mixture over the broccoli in the dish and add the chicken and the cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. enjoy!
NOTES : Deb's Notes -
I forgot the flour and topped the cassarole with Pepperidge Farm Stuffing, dotted with butter. It was very good.
