Broccoli Salad with Bacon
INGREDIENTS:
2 pk Frozen Broccoli Spears; OR
1 bn Fresh Broccoli; cook & chop
-lightly
4 Hard-Boiled Eggs; chopped
1 tb Gelatin
1/4 c Cold Water
1 c Condensed Consomm?
3/4 c Mayonnaise
4 tb Worcestershire Sauce
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 ds Tabasco Sauce
1 tb (Scant) Salt

3/4 c Mayonnaise

1 tb (Scant) Salt
Mix the broccoli and eggs. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add heated consomm?. Stir until the consomm? dissolves the gelatin; then add the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a ring mold or 12 individual molds. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
