Broccoli Salad


INGREDIENTS:

1 bn Broccoli (500g); cut into
-florets
1/2 Red bell pepper; diced
2 tb Vinegar
1 Garlic clove; minced
1/2 ts Salt, oregano
1/3 c Olive oil
1. In small bowl, whisk vinegar with garlic, salt, oregano and oil.

2. Pour over broccoli and red pepper in salad bowl and toss well. Marinate 15-30 mins before servings.
