Breakfast Casserole (Pensylvannia Dutch "Cowboy")
INGREDIENTS:
12 sl White bread
2 lb Pork sausage
2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
6 Slightly beaten eggs
4 c Milk
1 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Prepared mustard

Fit 1 layer of trimmed bread slices on buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Brown sausage; drain fat. Stir in mustard with sausage. Spoon sausage evenly over layer of bread. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on top; layer bread next. Sprinkle remain-
