Breakfast Casserole


INGREDIENTS:

6 Eggs well beaten
2 c Milk
5 sl White bread torn into
-pieces; (up to 6)
1 c Grated cheddar cheese
1 lb Cooked crumbled breakfast
-sausage
1 ts Each of salt; dry mustard,
-pepper.
Mix all ingredients and poor into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 quart casserole. May refrigerate overnight if desired. Bake at 350 for 40 -
45 minutes.
