Breakfast Butters
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Brown sugar 1 t Garlic powder
2 T Ground cumin 1 t Onion powder
2 T Chili powder 1 t Salt
1 t Ground cinnamon 1/2 t Ground red pepper
1 t Ground nutmeg 1/2 t Ground black pepper
1/2 c Brown sugar 1 t Garlic powder

1 t Ground cinnamon 1/2 t Ground red pepper
1 t Ground nutmeg 1/2 t Ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in airtight container. Give with serving instructions. To serve: Generously sprinkle seasoning on raw meat about 2 hours before cooking; return meat to refrigerator to allow flavors to be absorbed. Grill or broil as desired. Especially good with pork and poultry. Submitted
