Breakfast Bars
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Butter
1 1/4 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 c Molasses
1 3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
2 c Oatmeal
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1 c Raisins, dried cherries or
-cranberries
1 c Chocolate chunks or pieces
1/2 c Butter
1 1/4 c Brown sugar

1/3 c Molasses

1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
2 c Oatmeal
1/2 c Chopped walnuts

1 c Chocolate chunks or pieces
Combine butter, sugar, eggs and molasses in bowl. Stir together flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon then add to first mixture. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal, walnuts, dried fruit, and chocolate pieces. Spoon into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake in a 400F oven for 12 -15 minutes. Makes 2 -
