Bread Pudding with Amaretto Sauce - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
4 cn (20 oz) chunk pineapple, -pieces
-drained, reserving 1cup 1 c Grape Nuts
-juice 1 ea Pk (6oz) instant regular
2 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges, -vanilla pudding
-drained OR
2 c Maraschino cherries, drained 1 ea Pk (2.1oz) instant
6 lg Bananas, cut in bite size -sugarfree vanilla pudding

Combine fruit and Grape Nuts in a large bowll; toss gently. Combine pudding and reserved pineapple juice; beat on high speed one minute. Pour over fruit to coat welll. Serve in small dessert dishes.
