Bread Pan Pheasant
INGREDIENTS:
2 Bread; slices
3 c Water; hot
1 Egg
Seasoning
2 Bread; slices

Cut bread in 1/2 inch cubes, brown in butter in frying pan. When brown, pour hot water over bread. Break egg into this and stir. Season with salt and nutmeg.
