Bread Machine Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels
INGREDIENTS:
2 c White flour
Salt; sugar, etc., whatever
-bread machine needs
1/2 Dozen sun-dried tomatoes in
-oil; chopped
4 Dried chiles; soaked,
-chopped (various; smoked,
-hot, medium; whatever)
1 -(up to)
2 Habaneros from the freezer;
-seeded; chopped
Garlic powder

The bread is a beautiful red and the habs give it heat, but I've found that while the breads smell good from the machine, the flavors become so mild as to be absent. Back to the laboratory.... Erica
