Brazilian Chicken and Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz Broccoli flowerets; in bite-
~size pieces
3 oz Snap beans; cut into bite-
~size pieces
3 oz Kale; coarsely chopped
3 oz Soybeans; cooked
1 1/2 oz Brazil nuts; chopped
1 1/2 tb Soy oil
1/2 ts Garlic; minced
1 1/2 oz Fresh chives; minced
1/4 ts Tarragon
1/2 ts Salt
3 oz Broccoli flowerets; in bite-

~size pieces
3 oz Kale; coarsely chopped
3 oz Soybeans; cooked
1 1/2 oz Brazil nuts; chopped
1 1/2 tb Soy oil
1/2 ts Garlic; minced
1 1/2 oz Fresh chives; minced
1/4 ts Tarragon
1/2 ts Salt
Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
