Bourbon Cream


INGREDIENTS:

2 c Brown sugar
1 c Butter or margarine
4 c All-purpose flour
4 Eggs
1 ts Ground nutmeg
1 ts Ground cloves
1 c Good bourbon whiskey
3 ts Baking soda; dissolved in
2 tb Buttermilk
1/4 lb Citron or candied fruit
2 lb Chopped pecans
1 1/2 lb Raisins
Mix in the order given and drop by half teaspoonfuls on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350? F.
