1 c Long grain rice
2 c Water

I would also like to tell everyone of a superb recipe manager program (software) that has just been released yesterday called "Mega Bites". It's so easy to use and does much more than just organize recipes. It has a menu manager, a weight manager and food resources (such as a cooking dictionary, spice associations, substitutions, measurment equivalencies and nutritionl content), and more. 1. Raindrop Soup 2. Sweet And Sour Prawns (Shrimp)

3. Chicken Dice With Fried Walnuts 4. Pork And Bamboo Shoots

5. Fried Lettuce 6. Boiled Or Steamed Rice

7. Gingered Fruit

BOILED RICE: Wash and drain the rice. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Reduce the heat to simmering, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed and the grains are quite separate
