Boiled Custard #4
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Flour
3 Whole eggs
1 qt Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1 cn (small) evaporated milk
1 pt Whipping cream
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Flour
3 Whole eggs
1 qt Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1 cn (small) evaporated milk
1 pt Whipping cream
Using double boiler, blend sugar, flour & eggs together. Add the milk, stirring until the mixture coats the spoon. Remove from heat & add vanilla & evaporated milk. Cool completely. Beat whipping cream & add to the boiled custard.
