Bob "Oven's " Colonial Dressing
INGREDIENTS:
Sauerkraut
3 sl Bacon, diced
2 Apples, sliced
Boar ribs
Sauerkraut
3 sl Bacon, diced
2 Apples, sliced
Boar ribs
Cover bottom of roasting pan with sauerkraut. Place over it 3 strips of bacon, diced, 2 apples, sliced. Place boar ribs on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with sauteed parsnips.
