Blueberry Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Flour; Whole-Grain Wheat
1 ts Salt
1 tb Baking Powder
1/4 c Instant Dry Milk
1 c Wheat Germ
1 c Milk; Skim
2 Eggs
1/3 c Sugar
2 tb Canola Oil
1 c Blueberries
1 c Flour; Whole-Grain Wheat

1 c Blueberries
Sift together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients stir only to moisten. Add blueberries. Grease muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 400 degrees 15-20 minutes until brown.
