Blueberry Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 c Self-rising flour
1 Egg
3/4 c Milk
1/4 c Oil
1 c Blueberries
1 3/4 c Self-rising flour

Rinse and drain blueberries. Mix together all ingredients, except blueberries, then fold in blueberries carefully. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
