Blue Margarita
INGREDIENTS:
2 Parts tequila
1 Part cointreau
1 Part Rose's lime juice
1 dr Blue food coloring per 2-4
-drinks
Lime wedges (1/4 to 1/6 an
-average lime)
Salt

This is a festive (and potent) margarita recipe--my preference is to use the best tequila you can get (go ahead, use SIPPING tequila!) and serve on the rocks with salt! Oh yeah, and it looks nice in those margarita glasses with the blue edging!
Rub glass rim with lime wedge and dip in salt. Squeeze remaining juice into glass over ice cubes. Mix liquid ingredients well in a shaker and pour over ice. Garnish glass with another lime wedge.
Substitutions:
1. If you prefer "frozen" margaritas, pour liquid ingredients in a blender, add enough ice to increase volume by about one third, and blend!
2. 1 part Blue Curacao may be substituted for the Cointreau/food coloring combo but the resulting flavor is slightly sweeter
