Blue Cheese Fondue
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 lb Gorgonzola or other blue
-cheese
1/2 c Fresh cream
1/2 c Yogurt
1/4 c Olive oil
2 tb Vinegar

Place all ingredients, but the cream, in blender or food processor and run the machine until it is creamy. Stir in cream.
