Blitzkuchen mit Apfeln (Apple Cake)
INGREDIENTS:
2 ts Lowfat yogurt 1 ct (2oz) pimentos
2 ts Dijon mustard 1 tb Onion powder
1/4 ts Dried dill weed 1 1/2 ts Chopped fresh dill
1 cn (17oz) salmon 1 ts Paprika
1/2 c Water packed artichoke 2 c Lowft cottage cheese
-hearts 1 c Lowfat yogurt
2 ts Lowfat yogurt 1 ct (2oz) pimentos
2 ts Dijon mustard 1 tb Onion powder
1/4 ts Dried dill weed 1 1/2 ts Chopped fresh dill
1 cn (17oz) salmon 1 ts Paprika
1/2 c Water packed artichoke 2 c Lowft cottage cheese
-hearts 1 c Lowfat yogurt
Place everything in the blender except the 1 cup yogurt and blend until smooth. Add yogurt and mix well. Serve with brown rice crackers or toasted pita triangles. Makes about 4 cups.
Variation:
Add 1 (1/4oz) package unflavored gelatin according to package directions and make a mold.
