Blender Fruit Smoothie - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
1 cn (6oz) frozen lemonade, 3 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low
-partially thawed 2 ea Egg whites
1 cn (6oz) frozen limeade, 2 c Soda water
-partially thawed 2 c (to 3) ice cubes
1/2 c Powdered sugar 6 ea Sl lime
OR 1 ea Coarse salt for glass rims,
1/4 c Powdered sugar -optional
AND
1 cn (6oz) frozen lemonade, 3 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low
-partially thawed 2 ea Egg whites
1 cn (6oz) frozen limeade, 2 c Soda water
-partially thawed 2 c (to 3) ice cubes
1/2 c Powdered sugar 6 ea Sl lime
OR 1 ea Coarse salt for glass rims,
1/4 c Powdered sugar -optional
AND
Place lemonade, limeade, powdered sugar and egg white in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Add cracked ice gradually to thicken. Add enough club soda to cut tartness to your taste. Pour into prepared glasses (rimmed with salt if desired). this is done by going around the rim with a lime wedge and dipping into salt.
