Blarney Stone-Kissed Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Irish whisky
1/2 ts Absinthe substitute
1/3 ts Curacao
1/4 ts Maraschino cherries
1 ds Bitters
Orange peel
Olive
2 oz Irish whisky
1/2 ts Absinthe substitute

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 3 oz. cocktail glass. Twist of orange peel and serve with an olive.
