Black Bean Tortilla Melt


INGREDIENTS:

1 cn Black beans
Flour or Whole wheat
-tortilla
Non fat sour cream
Chopped onion, tomato,
-shredded lettuce, black
-olives and any other
Chopped veggies you like
Heat black beans uncovered in the microwave for approximately 3 mins. When warm but not steaming hot scoop onto tortilla, add sour cream and chopped veggies, roll up and enjoy.

I usually eat some salsa and low fat baked tostitios and vegetarian refried beans with this meal, it is very filling.
