INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 c Plain flour
180 g Whole almonds
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 pn Salt
1 ts Baking soda
Little milk or beaten egg
-for glazing

Use a serrated knife to slice the biscotti or they won't slice properly.
