Better Batter
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Nonfat cottage cheese
1 Egg equivalent (2 egg whites
-or 1 Eggbeater-type)
1/3 pk Instant onion soup mix (or
-less to taste; the cottage
-cheese is salty to start
-with)
1 c Rolled oats
1 c Nonfat cottage cheese

Combine the first three ingredients; add oats and mix well. Shape into three patties. Grill until golden, 3 minutes each side, or cook in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Serves three, 180 calories each.
