Beehive Pumpkin Bread
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
1 Egg
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Shortening

1/2 ts Salt
In mixing bowl, cream shortening, peanut butter, honey and sugar. Add egg, beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Mix well. Cover and chill 1 hour. Using 1 level tablespoon of dough for each cookie, shape into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a lightly floured fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
