Beef Stew #2
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Beef stew meat
2 1/2 c Boiling water
1 Onion; chopped
1/2 ts Lemon juice
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Paprika
1 ts Sugar
1/4 c Tomato juice
1 c Sliced carrots
1 c Cubed potatoes
1 c Diced celery
1 lb Beef stew meat
2 1/2 c Boiling water
1 Onion; chopped
1/2 ts Lemon juice
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Paprika
1 ts Sugar
1/4 c Tomato juice
1 c Sliced carrots
1 c Cubed potatoes
1 c Diced celery
Brown stew meat in 1 tablespoon oil. Add water, onion, lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika, sugar & tomato juice. Simmer 2 hours. Add carrots, potatoes & celery. Cook until tender. Serves 6.
