Beef Heart


INGREDIENTS:

2 c Cut-up cooked beef; (I use
-the packaged cubed stew
-beef) (up to 3)
2 pk (10 oz each) frozen hash
-brown potatoes; thawed
1 Onion; finely chopped
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted
1 c Gravy or beef broth
Salt and pepper
(Rival Crock-Pot Cooking)

Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours (on High setting for 2 to 3 hours).

4 servings (about 1 1/2 quarts). Double recipe for 5-quart Crockpot
