Beef-Carrot Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
3 ea Eggs 1 1/4 c Salad oil
2 c Flour 1 1/2 ts Soda
3 ea (4 3/4oz)jars baby food * 1 ea Applesauce,apricots,carrots*
2 ts Cinnamon 1 c Pecans, chopped
3 oz Cream cheese, softened 2 c Powdered sugar
2 c Sugar 4 tb Stick margarine, melted
1/2 ts Vanilla

Beat eggs, gradually add sugar & mix well. Add salad oil & blend. Sift dry ingredients & add to egg mixture. Blend in baby food & add nuts. Bake in a 10-
by 15-inch greased & floured jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING Mix & spread on bars: cream cheese, powdered sugar, margarine & vanilla.
