Bean Mix Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1 cn (16oz) garbanzo beans, 1 t Dry minced onion
-liquid reserved SOAKED IN
2 ea Tb fresh lemon juice 2 ea Tb water
2 cl Garlic, minced 1/4 t Paprika
1 ea Tb finely chopped onion ds Pepper

In a blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine 1/4 cup reserve Process until mixture is a smooth paste. Add more liquid if needed to make desi cover and refrigerae until well chilled. Serve with crackers or pita bread, use Variation: Add 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds or 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
