Bbq Beef on a Bun
INGREDIENTS:
3 lb Beef Brisket; (up to 4)
2 tb Liquid Smoke
1 ts Garlic salt 1 tsp. onion
-salt
2 ts Worcestershire
2 ts Celery seed
1 c Barbecue sauce
2 ts Ground pepper
3 lb Beef Brisket; (up to 4)
2 tb Liquid Smoke

2 ts Celery seed
1 c Barbecue sauce
2 ts Ground pepper
Preparation : Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil and place in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove and slice across grain. Return to pot, add barbecue sauce and cook 1 hour.
