Bay Scallops with Fettuccine
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Bay scallops
2 tb Butter
1 Minced garlic clove
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground pepper
1 lb Bay scallops

Freshly ground pepper
In skillet melt butter & add garlic. Cook until garlic is golden brown. Add scallops & parsley. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Sprinkle with pepper & serve.
