Batilda Paulista (Brazilian Rum with Lemon Juice)
INGREDIENTS:
2 Medium; ripe avocados,
-pitted & peeled
3 tb Fresh lemon juice
3 tb Sugar (or to taste)
2 c Vanila ice cream
Chopped Brazil nuts and
-Maraschino Cherries
-(optional)

Combine avocados and lemon juice and mash. Add sugar and continue mashing until creamy . Add ice cream and beat well with electric beater. Serve at once in beautiful dessert glasses and top with nuts and a cherry.
For Avocado Drink, just add enough milk to get the desired consistency.
(It can be made in the blender)
