Basil Mashed Potatoes 3
INGREDIENTS:
4 Potatoes,; peeled
3 tb Butter
Salt
1/4 c Heavy cream
1 c Pesto
4 Potatoes,; peeled

1/4 c Heavy cream
1 c Pesto
Boil potatoes until tender. With masher, mash potatoes. Add butter and salt. Slowly add cream and stir until combined. Fold in 1 cup of pesto. Serve.
