Basic Muffins 2
INGREDIENTS:
2 c Whole-wheat flour 2 c Water; or nut milk
2 ts Baking powder 2 tb Applesauce
1/4 c Honey 1/2 ts Vanilla
2 c Whole-wheat flour 2 c Water; or nut milk
2 ts Baking powder 2 tb Applesauce
1/4 c Honey 1/2 ts Vanilla
Recipe by: McDougall Preparation Time: 0:45 Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Fold dry and wet ingredients together, until just moistened.
