Barbecued Pork Chops and Sauerkraut
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Water
2 tb Dry mustard
4 tb Chili sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
3 tb Brown sugar
8 Pork chops
1/2 c Water
2 tb Dry mustard
4 tb Chili sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
3 tb Brown sugar
8 Pork chops
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour over seasoned chops in glass baking dish, cover and bake at 400 F degrees for 1-1/2 hours, uncovering last 30 minutes. Water may be added to make gravy. Delicious with ribs also. From "Talk About Good" contributed by Susan Chandler Castille
