Banny's Southern Cream Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
4 1/4 c Uncooked oatmeal (do not use
-the quick cooking kind)
2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Melted bacon drippings or
-lard
1 c Very hot water

6 minutes per side until lightly browned and cooked through. Serve hot with plenty of butter.
