Banana Pudding Cake
INGREDIENTS:
10 Ripe bananas
1/3 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 tb Melted butter
1 ts Nutmeg

submitted by: LeiG@aol.com Mash the bananas. Add the flour, sugar, butter and nutmeg. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan, . Bake in a moderate 325 deg Oven for 30 minutes or until delicately browned on top. cut into squares and serve hot or cold, dusted with powdered sugar. If desired, whipped cream or fruit syrup may be placed on each portion.
