Banana Nut Bread ( a Risen Bread)
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Sugar
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
3 Ripe bananas; mashed
2 Eggs
2 c Bisquick
1/2 c Chopped pecans
1 c Sugar

Preheat oven to 350?. ln a bowl cream together the sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in mashed bananas and eggs. Add Bisquick and pecans. Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until done (may be done after 50 to 55 minutes). Note: Cover with foil the last 20 minutes of cooking time if the bread browns too quickly. Cool thoroughly before slicing. Yield: 1 loaf.
