Baked Winter Squash - Acorn
INGREDIENTS:
1 md Butternut squash
1 tb Applesauce
1 tb Maple syrup
1 tb Molasses
2 tb Orange juice
1/8 ts Ginger, ground
1 ts Cinnamon, ground
1 md Butternut squash
1 tb Applesauce
1 tb Maple syrup
1 tb Molasses
2 tb Orange juice
1/8 ts Ginger, ground
1 ts Cinnamon, ground
Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Lay in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, covered.
