Baked Steak and Lima Beans
INGREDIENTS:
1 lg Round steak, cut in serving
-sizes
2 Jars beef gravy, or make
-your own
1/4 c Green pepper, cut up
A sprinkle of dried onion
1 lg Round steak, cut in serving

1/4 c Green pepper, cut up
A sprinkle of dried onion
Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening. Put browned steak in a roaster. Cover with gravy. Add onion and green pepper sprinkled on top. Cover roaster with lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Check steak occasionally to make sure steak doesn't bake dry. Posted to TNT -
