Baked Scallops and Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Scallops; cut in half
1 oz Sherry; optional
6 tb Butter; melted & divided
1/2 c Dry breadcrumbs
1 lb Scallops; cut in half
1 oz Sherry; optional
6 tb Butter; melted & divided
1/2 c Dry breadcrumbs
Arrange scallops in shallow buttered casserole. Sprinkle with sherry. Pour half the butter over scallops. Cover with bread crumbs. Pour rest of butter over bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
