Baked Scallops
INGREDIENTS:
1 tb Butter
1/4 c Dry white wine
Lemon juice
1/2 Thyme
1 lb Scallops rinsed
1 tb Butter
1/4 c Dry white wine
Lemon juice
1/2 Thyme
1 lb Scallops rinsed
Heat butter wine lemon juice and thyme pour over scallops. Marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Bake at 450 for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook.
