Baked Rigatoni with Sausage
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Italian sausage; crumbled
2 c Low-fat milk
2 tb All-purpose flour
1/2 lb Rigatoni pasta; cooked and
-drained
2 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese (10
-ounces); shredded
1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1 ts Lawry's Garlic Salt
3/4 ts Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
3 tb Dry bread crumbs; OR
3/4 c Croutons
1/2 lb Italian sausage; crumbled

In large skillet, brown sausage 5 minutes; drain fat. Add milk and flour; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, cheeses, garlic salt and seasoned pepper.
In 1 1/2 quart baking dish, place pasta mixture. Bake in 350F oven, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (or croutons); place under broiler just to brown.
