Baked Rice Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 c Rice; raw
4 c Milk
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Nutmeg; grated
1/2 c Raisins
Butter; softened
1/3 c Rice; raw

Butter; softened
Preheat oven to 300 degrees, lightly butter cassarole. Combine rice, milk, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in casserole and mix well. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Then stir in raisins and bake another 2 hours, stirring occassionally.
