Baked Pork Chops


INGREDIENTS:

6 Pork chops
2 tb Butter
1 Lemon, sliced
1/2 c Tomato sauce
1 ds Salt
1 ds Pepper
1/4 c Brown sugar
Brown chops with melted butter in large skillet. Place them in greased baking dish. Place a thin slice of lemon on each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread brown sugar over chops, then tomato sauce. Cover and bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350 deg f. Makes 6 servings.
