Baked Onions
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Clarified butter
3 lb Onions; peeled and sliced
1 c Clarified butter
3 lb Onions; peeled and sliced
2. Stir butter into onions in a 9 X 13-inch baking pan.
3. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until golden brown in color. Stir occasionally.
4. Cool. Refrigerate until needed. (May be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.) Makes 1 quart.
