Baked Olives & Vegetable Crudites W/ Warm Garlic Dipping Sa
INGREDIENTS:
3 c Oatmeal
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Margarine
2 Eggs
2 c Milk
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13x9 buttered pan. Bake at 375? for 25 minutes. I like to add dried fruits and nuts and pour into small ramekins for baking and serving individually. My guests enjoy this very much and one stated "it's like a large baked oatmeal cookie for breakfast".
