Baked Fresh Fruit - Butter Busters^


INGREDIENTS:

2 ea Pt strawberries 1/3 c Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1/2 c Sugar 1 ea Pt frozen vanilla nonfat
OR -yogurt
1/4 c Sugar 1 ea Pk Dream Whip, prepared
AND 1/4 t Almond extract
3 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low
Gently wash berries in cold water. Drain on papaer towels; hull. Turn into serving bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and liqueur, toss and chill 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Let frozen yogurt soften in the refrigerator anout an hour. Fold almond extract into Dream Whip. Gently fold berries, dream whip and yogurt together. Serve at once in stemmed desert goblets.
